Dancers & Choreographers
Want to join one of our by-donation open company classes? Interested in auditioning to dance for MashUp? Interested in submitting choreography or applying for our mid-career choreographer residency program? If we are looking for new company members, auditions typically happen in November. The submission process for choreography for our International Woman’s Day Festival typically opens in early fall, and the residency timing is dependent on funding. All dancer/choreographer opportunities will be announced on our website, in our e-newsletter (sign up here), and on our social media channels. MashUp’s core values are empowerment, creativity, community, diversity, and innovation. In addition, we are committed to exploring ways to democratize the creative process. We are always on the lookout for opportunities to collaborate or partner as one way to live out these priorities. MashUp has worked and collaborated with artists of all genres including architects, lighting designers, projectionists, photographers, videographers, composers, fine artists, spoken word artists, and more.
